Robert Starling, President, CEO, Tooka TV
Robert is a multi-talented 40-year veteran in the film and television broadcasting industry as a writer, producer and director, with experience in all areas of production. He has worked extensively as a writer/producer at the NBC Television Network, and at various local commercial TV stations. He also produced programs for a regional PBS-affiliate an was Head of Development for Osmond Productions, and head of the Trailer Department for Schick Sunn Classic Productions. He also worked for several other independent motion picture production companies creating feature films.

Robert Hatch, Film & Video Producer
Robert is an experienced writer, producer and director who for many years has produced award-winning programming for PBS, BBC, Discovery Channel and VISN Satellite Network. He has received numerous awards and honors for his work. Robert has produced programs for major clients including IBM, Toyota, Boeing and Bonneville International. He is currently President and CEO of Knowledge Network.

Ted Phillips, Advertising/Marketing, Writer, Producer
Ted has managed advertising agencies in Atlanta, San Francisco and Salt Lake City. He is an accomplished copywriter, producer, and strategic marketing and branding professional with over 40 years of experience in all areas of broadcast, print and digital media. He has earned numerous awards for excellence in advertising creativity including Telly Awards, Clio award nominations, AAF “Addy’s” and numerous other regional and national advertising awards

Kamran Malak Motiei
The founder of Radio Tooka, Karman is a prolific Iranian actor, producer and director. As a TV and radio host, he is the prolific author of hundreds of television and radio plays in both Iran and the United States. As a well-known Iranian actor and producer, he was banned by the Iranian government and emigrated to America in 2009. Since moving to the US he has continued his broadcasting career and worked for a number of Farsi and English-speaking television and radio stations as well as being a major part of three highly successful Farsi speaking movies.
